Constitution Day – Sep. 17, 2008

On September 17, 1787, the U.S. Constitution was signed by thirty-nine brave men who changed the course of history. Constitution Day is a time for us to continue their legacy and to encourage developing habits of good citizenship among a new generation of Americans. For more information, please see Leigh Library’s current display on the Constitution and visit our Constitution Day web page.
